Niamh's 9for9 Challenge

Various Kids OCRs · 15 January 2017
Thanks for taking the time to visit Niamh's JustGiving page.
When she first said she wanted to do a challenge I wasn't sure why she had had the idea. I knew she loved running and have dragged her to loads of races but wasn't sure she'd paid attention to the challenge I was doing at the time. I asked her, to tell me why she wanted to do 9for9 and why she had picked the charity she has. These are Niamh's words;
"Last year you raised money for charity by running 30 different races. You inspired me to want to do the same. I decided that I would run 9 races this year to celebrate turning 9 and to raise money for the Edinburgh Children's Hospital.
I love to run and do obstacles and after Spartan races I fell and we had to go to the hospital. It was really busy and there were lots of children. There were children there that couldn't run and who were too poorly to do the things I do.
I wanted to raise money for the children in the hospital so that the people in charge could maybe spend it taking them to do something like an obstacle course or maybe even get someone in to teach them something fun, like how to Hula hoop.
I don't know if it costs a lot but hopefully I can make a lot but doing a lot of running."
She's a pretty cool nearly 9 year old. She's humble and has a heart of gold. Please donate if you can, Thank you :)
