I had a stroke in March 2013 which left me with weakness in my right side and communication difficulties. 

Cycling will be a real challenge. I won't be alone as I will be accompanied by support riders and others with similar challenges.

Stroke association have really helped me and my family and I want to support them with their fund raising and awareness in Wales.
