Anyone who knows me, will know I am not a natural runner in any way shape or form, in fact I'm a lazy git who would much rather sit down with a coffee than run, so this 10 miles is a serious challenge for me!  I'm choosing this particular charity as it stuck in my mind from a few years ago after watching the 'Secret Millionaire' please click on the below link for more information about the charity and the story behind it. The people who run Abbies Love, Richard and Tracey are very inspirational people, so I really hope I can make a small difference for their charity and the great work they do for children who suffer with seizures.
