I know this seems like yet another begging message for charity but bear with me.

Some of you will know that I lost my Dad to Cancer in October last year.  During his illness both he and mum received a lot of help from Macmillan particularly on that fateful day when he passed away. 

So I thought I'd like to give a little back! As I'm not much of a runner any more and I do like to cycle a bit!!I decided to complete the RideLondon 100 in aid of Macmillan.

For those not in the know it's a 100mile (192km) cycle race starting at Olympic Park going out to Surrey and then finishing back at The Mall

I'm aiming for 5hrs 30mins or less!!

Please dig deep and give a little it would mean a lot to me!
