64@64 is a personal solo challenge for me being held on my 64th Birthday on the 4th of September 2022. my aim is to run/walk 64 kilometres across Dartmoor starting at Ivybridge South Dartmoor and finishing at Okehampton Army Camp in the North. I hope to do this in around 13 hours.

I have decided to support the Help for Heroes Charity for this event. Every day, men and women have to leave their career in the Armed Forces as a result of physical or psychological wounds.
