It is a horrid disease that changes the lives of everyone involved. We all know someone that has been effected by this horrible disease, we all know someone who has lost a family member. Personally my Nan suffers from dementia.

£116 will pay for a months worth of support groups for both dementia sufferer and career. 

Value for money: Myself and a group of mates will be running 10 miles and completing 20 obstacles, not limited to but including electric shocks and ice baths. You will also receive post event pictures of our haggered bodies.
