As the leading Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) charity in the UK, we want to find effective treatments for DMD and end its devastating impact. We’re going further than anyone has before, and we’re doing it faster, because this generation of people living with DMD can’t wait.

Story

My son, Eli, is 5 and has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. My wife, Emily, and I set up the Duchenne Children's Trust to raise money for research for a cure for this terrible disease.

Please watch our video, visit our website - www.dc-trust.org to find out more.

I am doing 2 cycle rides - the first on May 31st from London to Paris (200 miles) in 24 hours - to find out more about the ride visit http://bike4good.blogspot.co.uk

The second is a few weeks later from Geneva to Paris, a 3 day ride of 320 miles with the Quintessentially Foundation - http://www.quintessentiallyfoundation.org/geneva-to-paris-bike-ride/

It's 17 years since I last rode a bike by the way..
