I am raising money for Shooting Star Chase, a leading children’s hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families. 

I fully support the wonderful work Shooting Star Chase achieves. I really believe in their approach to hospice care for young people and they clearly have the individual and their family at the heart of everything they do.
Shooting Star Chase supports families from diagnosis to end of life. The service is free of charge. This means that most of their income comes from supporters and fundraising. So lets help a little.
