Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

During this very difficult lockdown period  my daughter Grace who has a learning disability, has been in her residential care home run by the Canterbury Oast Trust. (They run the Rare Breeds Centre)We last saw her in February . Whereas, for all of us, Lockdown has been difficult, for those with disabilities it has been doubly difficult. They don't understand why they can't SEE families let alone understand why they can't touch. The staff at the C-O-T have  really worked their socks off and have gone that extra mile to make the clients in the residential homes feel safe and at ease. They've run virtual meetings, afternoon teas, ball gown challenges and Bluebell walks. They have put parents' minds at ease too. This is my way of saying THANK YOU and raising much needed funds for the Trust. I hope you'll support me and I will add photos of the deed!

My hair is long enough to be donated to Little Princess Trust too so 2 charities will gain from my shave.
