I will be running the Great North run Sept 11th 2022.I will be running in aid of Pendleside Hospice, Burnley. I cannot praise all the staff enough who looked after my Dad, made him as comfortable as possible in his last days. They go above and beyond, the care and compassion is second to none. The care and attention they also gave my Mum and our family whilst holding on to the last days was just amazing, catered for our every need.

End of Life care is pretty grim watching a loved one slowly giving in to an envitable death is quite frankly unbearable, but if I can raise a little to ensure that someone else and thier family can be looked after with such dignity as was given by Pendleside, then it's what I will do.

No pressure. It's a very difficult time with cash at the minute. But if you can spare £1, you know it's going to an awesome cause.
