I am a not the biggest fan of heights ... this goes as far as not liking being on a small step ladder! So when the opportunity arose to do a Sky Dive, and raise money for a charity close to my heart, I thought ... what the hell! Raising money and conquering my fear of heights at the same time is a winner on both fronts.

Too long has there been a stigma around mental health, and this needs to stop. Mind is such an amazing charity, and any donations I can get to continue their support of those suffering will be going to a truly fantastic cause.

I'm not very good at writing these things, but any support you can give me will be greatly appreciated ... get me on that plane!! :)
