As part of our global partnership with UNICEF, aimed at protecting children in danger from violence, exploitation and abuse, I'm taking part in the UNICEF Global Challenge in March 2020, trekking the Great Wall of China along with 35 DLA Piper colleagues from around the world.

Child protection is a vital and yet often underfunded area of UNICEF's work because it is complex and requires long-term support to create systemic change in attitudes and behavior. With the support of DLA Piper, UNICEF will be able to continue its vital work so that children can: 

- go to school instead of work

- avoid child marriage

 - be safe in their communities
