I had a phone call last week and I have been especially selected & invited by the British heart foundation to represent them in the …….
                London 2024 Marathon !! 🫣😲
This is a charity very close to my heart ❤️ (literally)!
On the 21st of April 2024 (8 months today) I along with 40k other incredible people will take part in this monumental event.
As some of you know my Dad passed away in 2008 from a massive heart attack, it will not only be his 15 year anniversary since he passed but he would’ve also been turning 70yrs old next year. So I will be running in memory of him!

I have a great team of people who I will be working and training with over the next 8 months.
I will need all the support I can get, it might not be surprising but running isn’t on my favourite or capable list 🤣

There’s going to be blood , sweat and a lot of tears… I am under no elusion that this is the most incredibly difficult thing anyone could ever do, especially me!
But I promise I am going to give this my everything as I always want to make my Dad proud, keep his memory alive and raise some money for an incredible cause! I will be keeping you all updated with my progress!
