On Saturday 17th of August I will be taking part in the Full Tough Mudder to raise money for MIND. I am doing this in memory of one of my best friends, Jess, who we sadly lost after suffering with mental health in silence.

Mental Health is something that needs more awareness and resource. Far too many people deal with Mental Health alone and in silence. I want to take this opportunity to raise money for MIND, who help those who are affected by Mental Health problems.

It would be amazing if we could all come together to smash this target and if people are unable to donate, please share this page with as many people as possible.
