We make life changing differences to patients and families across HDFT

Story

Thanks for taking time to visit Nidderdale Ward's JustGiving Page.

Nidderdale Ward is a 30 bed, multi-speciality female surgery ward.Specialising in gynaecology, gastroenterology, general surgery and urology.  The Ward has a young and enthusiastic team who work closely with many consultants and specialist nurses. In March 2019, the Ward was nominated by a family and subsequently won 'Team of the Month' for their care and compassion.

Nidderdale Ward is hoping to raise £6,000. The money is needed to purchase new bedside lockers for the storage of patients' medication and their personal belongings while staying in hospital. The ward has many broken lockers and so the new ones will be much more suitable for patients. New lockers will make Nidderdale Ward look much more aesthetically pleasing to patients, staff and visitors.

It's not just the big things while you are staying in hospital it's the little things too. New lockers will really make a difference to a patients stay. So thank you for taking time to read this and hope you can show your support by giving a donation.
