Story

Thank you to a everyone this year who has supported Carl and I in our quests to raise money for Harefield Hospital. We raised a huge £1500 which is fab in a year of austerity. Even though I missed the target for 2012 the upside is we are encouraged to go and do so much more next year. December 26th 2012 sees first day of increased training for the Brighton Half Marathon in middle of February 2013. Happy Christmas everyone. X

Ok. So here we are. The day before the main event. Scared and nervous but very excited

As many of you know Dad spent quite a bit of time in and out of hospital before he passed away and during that time he was helped by the physio department at Harefield Hospital.

It wasn't easy for him but I stongly believe that it gave him a fighting spirit and gave him something to focus on. It helped him to maintain his dignity.

I have decided to dedicate my new found thirst for exercise, triathlon and running (thanks to the generous support of my brother Carl) to Terry Fisher, my dad and the Harefield Physio Department as I know he would want to put something back if he could.

So please help me dig deep and donate now.

About the charity
