I am running the London Marathon on 25th April on behalf of Help for Heroes. www.helpforheroes.org.uk and aiming to get round in under 4 hours and to raise at least £1,000. 

This is my 8th marathon so those of you sceptics that are worried about pledging money only to find I gave up halfway through, can donate with peace of mind!
