Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 1st January 2021 I decided to join the Rainbow's Children's Hospice Virtual 5K walk.  Having completed this all in one day, I decided to challenge myself further by walking the equivalent of 5km a day for 50 weeks between 1st January 2021 and 1st January 2022 to celebrate by 50th birthday. My target was to raise £600.  So far I have raised £230, which was registered on the original page, managed by Enthuse.  I still have £370 left to raise. 

It is now November 15th 2021 and I am on track to complete my target, with just under 300km left to walk.   Please donate to this brilliant cause.

About the charity

As the East Midlands’ only hospice for children and young people, we brighten the short lives of babies, children and young people who come to Rainbows. We want them to have fun and make special memories. We are also here to support their loved ones through the most difficult times of their lives.
