YEAR 4!!!! Yes we are running fast into our 4th year of fundraising! I couldn't be happier with the success of this amazing event!

Every year brings in lots more money for this amazing cause and I am so pleased to announce the amazing plans for 2016!

We have decided to move the event to December so we can bring in the Xmas holiday festivities with some well worthy fundraising as Christmas is about giving and sharing.

As always we have amazing UK presenters who have dedicated their time to help which is amazing and I am very grateful for their support. These people dedicate their time to improving the fitness and dance scene now they are doing the same to raise much needed cash for Cancer Research UK!

At the event we have 5 classes of exhilarating dance fitness and fun guaranteed to have you moving and shaking like never before!
