We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

As the Oli Mills Foundation continues to grow and we make inroads into our 2017 £50,000 target, we are putting on a night like no other at the Watling St Brewery (Hilfield Ln, Radlett, Watford WD25 8DD) in Radlett on Saturday 3rd June.

Tickets are £30 and there are only 100! To secure your place, donate £30 to this page and if you are buying more than one, please state in the comments section the names of your guests!

Cancer for teenagers is no laughing matter, but visit any Teenage Cancer Trust ward in the UK and you will experience for yourself the incredible spirit and sense of humour that the patients and staff alike display on a daily basis. Which is why, as we planned the events for 2017, we were keen to put on a stand up comedy night.

The Watling St Brewery in Radlett is the perfect location and the barn will provide a perfectly intimate setting for the 100 strong audience to enjoy the talent we have lined up. As well as generously donating the barn for us to use and cooking up FREE pizza on the evening, we are also able to offer Watling St's famous range of beer + on tap prosecco included within the £30 ticket price. This is in part due to the generous sponsorship of two local businesses who are funding part of this offer AND the comedians on the evening - huge thanks to Crafty's Beer Shop in Letchworth and TC Carpentry Contractors Ltd from St Albans.

The talent we have secured means we are in for a real treat. James Michael Alderson , Rick Keiswetter, Moses Ali Khan, Helen Bauer, Fiona Ridgewell and ex Teenage Cancer Trust patient, Byron Geldard complete our line-up. Doors open at 19.00, the comedy will begin at 20.00 and when the laughter subsides round 22.15, we will be operating a paid bar until after midnight.
