Living in rural Suffolk is lovely but with three children it does make me worry sometimes, being 45 minutes away from hospital. If something awful was to happen we are fortunate enough to have the fantastic service of the East Anglian Air Ambulance and, like most Air Ambulance services, they rely on charity donations to continue operating. They are a brilliant operation and since they started in 2000 they have attended 16,000 lifesaving missions, touching the lives of many thousands of people.

Having never sat on a road bike before, I am not sure if this is a brilliant idea, but if I can reach my £1000 target it would be incredible. 

So any donation that you can make will really help!!
