I am planning to run the Cheltenham Half Marathon in September 2016 for Battledown School and Children's Centre. Battledown have provided great support to my daughter and other children with additional needs in the local area.

Battledown are currently seeking to expand their outside play facilities and require further funds to do so. Therefore I have decided to take up the challenge of a half marathon in order to raise funds for such a worthy cause.

Having never previously undertaken any long distance running this will be a huge personal challenge for me.
