Drumming for the NHS and Keyworkers · 1 May 2020

We raise funds for all wards and departments at Milton Keynes University Hospital, enhancing the experience of patients, their families and staff. All the money raised funds items over and above NHS provision. By supporting us you can make a real difference to local people when they need it most.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Hi, my name is Ollie and I am 14 years old.  I am proud to be an Air Cadet at 2366 Bletchley Park Squadron.  I have been drumming since i was 6 years old and enjoy it very much.  When I joined the Air Cadets, i started learning military style drumming to be in their band. I decided to drum on a Thursday during the NHS clap and each week, more of our neighbours have come out to join in. I wanted to buy a better drum as only had a toy one and people where really generous in offering me help in doing that.  I had saved up £38 from my paper round and was looking to buy a 2nd hand drum, but some lovely people donated money to buy a drum.  So I asked my Mum to set up a charity page so I could give the hospital my savings instead.  So i have started this off with my £38.  I am looking forward to drumming again on Thursday.
