On 28th May, I'm attempting another half marathon - ekkkkk!

In doing so, I'll be raising funds for the Irish Lung Fibrosis Association (ILFA).

The ILFA provides research, education and support for pulmonary fibrosis patients and their families. Pulmonary fibrosis is a serious and life-limiting lung condition that occurs in adults, and the ILFA is a cause that is particularly close to our hearts.
