I'm walking at Shine London in the fight against lung cancer

Shine London in the fight against lung cancer · 29 September 2012 ·
Lung cancer is the second most common cancer in the UK, with around 108 people being diagnosed every day. The good news is that lung cancer rates in the UK are dropping thanks to fewer people smoking. Cancer Research UK has played a key role in raising the awareness of the dangers of tobacco. But there’s still more to do – sadly, progress in helping people with lung cancer survive has been slower than for some other cancer types.
Cancer Research UK is funded entirely by amazing supporters like you. By sponsoring me you can help more people survive lung cancer.
Every pound you donate really does make a difference to Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating lung cancer – so please sponsor me now!
Gift Aid it!
If you are a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box when donating as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no cost to you.
Many thanks for your support.
Together we will beat cancer.
