I am doing the Commando Challenge http://www.commandochallenge.co.uk/ in October this year, to help raise money for charity. 

The Commando Challenge involves running 4k and doing commando type challenges like crawling through tunnels, dealing with lots of mud, and going under water. 

I will be doing this together with two other geocachers, Sue Costello and Luke Martin. Our team name is 'Geocaching Mud Monsters'; by the time we're done we will be covered in mud from head to toe...
