The British Heart Foundation is Denmans chosen charity for 2017 & 2018 and I'm committed to doing my part to help the business do as much as possible for this great charity.

Coronary Heart Disease is the biggest single killer in the UK, with 1 in 3 deaths being attributed to heart and circulatory disease.

The BHF is the biggest charity in the UK dedicated to fighting this disease and every pound and every penny raised will make a difference to the millions of people and families affected.

I've done the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge a few times. I've also failed in an attempt to do it too. It's not easy. It's 26m+ of slog up and down the 3 biggest hills in Yorkshire. And I'm going to try and do it twice, across a weekend.

I'll hopefully have a few other nutters doing it with me and I will confirm 'when' asap.
