All of us at PB know someone who has fought, fighting or lost their battle with cancer. We lost both Paul’s parents to this awful disease, Ciaran’s Step Dad has successfully fought bowel cancer. His uncle has very sadly just lost his battle with cancer. I (Andrea) was diagnosed with primary breast cancer at the beginning of September. I have had an op which was successful and now just waiting for radiotherapy. Getting a cancer diagnosis is life changing for the individual as well as the whole family. It makes you see things is such a different light. I have been incredibly lucky to be treated so quickly and by wonderful people. We need everyone to receive this kind of treatment for every type of cancer. So please help us raise as much as we can. Thank you from all of us xx
