As many of you know my three year old cousin, Ralph, is paralysed from the waist down. Every time I see him, he amazes me with his determination and courage and now I want to do something just for him! 

Unlike typical three year olds, Ralph can't get on a trike and pedal away, so his Mum and Dad would like to get him a therapy trike that will not only give him a sense of normality, but will also help with his rehabilitation. 

Costing over £2.5k, I decided that I would help raise the money to buy Ralph a specialised trike and help with his rehabilitation, by cycling to Paris - a 360km trip. 

Leaving this Sunday (18th July) morning, I will be getting the ferry from Portsmouth to Caen and then making my way to Paris along the River Seine...all with the support of my dad, Ed. 

I love Ralph very much and I came up with this idea by myself. I have been training really hard for it. Thank goodness we can now travel! 

It would mean so much to me, and of course Ralph, if you could sponsor me - it would really spur me on!
