On the 6th June I will be walking Wainwright's famous Coast to Coast route from St Bees Head to Robin Hood's Bay. Tradition states that I must dip my boots in the sea on the West coast and do the same on arrival in the East.

I have decided to raise  money for something close to my heart and that is to help people live a fulfilling life. 

Being inspired by the work of a charity featured in a BBC documentary, 'Employable Me' all the money that I raise will go to 'Mental Health Matters' which provides a wide range of support to help vulnerable people recover, develop and move onto independent living.
