At the beginning of 2009 I made a commitment to complete the London Marathon having been inspired seeing other friends. Having  an introduction from one of my dad's friends I joined the Variety Club marathon team with this goal. I completed London in both 2009 and 2010 and am now on course for Paris in April.

Although my initial motivation was to notch up the personal goal of a London marathon, I have since had the privilege to become more involved with the amazing work of the Variety Club. This charity supports the children in our society that need assistance the most, whether it be for health or education.
