I have always ran for a charity and its been a while since my last fundraiser. This year my chosen charity is Barnardo's.

I will be running my 10th Half Marathon On October 7th in Cardiff. I always feel guilty for asking for donations but i feel that in this day and age, no child should suffer.

I would be grateful for any donation - even £1 will help and please remember to click on Add Gift Aid to help increase the amount.

Everybody was so generous on the last fundraiser i did and i am so lucky to have such good friends who support me. I will accept any payment and cash payments to me in person will be added to the fund pot.
