Last year many of you will know I ran the London Marathon in memory of my dad and to raise awareness of AAAs. With your generosity we raised over £2000 for the BHF... an amazing amount! This year I'm running the Paris marathon (3rd Apr) and appealing to your generosity again to dig deep and help me raise further funds for this great charity.

A little info on AAA

AAA (Abdominal aortic aneurysm) is not a well known condition but still kills approx 6000 people each year in England and Wales and accounts for around 2% of all deaths in men over the age of 65. Scarily like my dad  most people will be unaware they have one as the majority do not have any symptoms.
