Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This is a charity that is very close to my heart. My father was diagnosed with early stages Alzheimer's in 2009 and passed away in 2011.

My challenge this year is to complete all the parkrun’s in Northern Ireland, all 28 of them.

As a keen parkrunner this challenge is going to take me away from the comfort zone of my local runs in Belfast to sample the other runs that I haven’t been to.

I am looking forward to doing this and I hope some can join me on this adventure. I will be posting updates here and also on Facebook when the runs will take place.

The concluding run will be at my home run at Falls Park.
