I have been so lucky to have gained a place to run in the London marathon next April for MIND mental health charity.

I have been struggling with my mental health for many years and was diagnosed with Complex Post  Traumatic Stress Disorder.

With the help of MIND, family and friends I am one of only a few  who got to breaking point and reached out for help but many people live with the stigma and cannot  and won’t reach out for the help they need . 

With your help I need  to raise £2000 for MIND so people can break the silence and talk about their mental health and get the help they need.
