In February we lost a good friend, Scott to a disease that is too often underestimated. That is why I am trying to raise as much money as possible for the mental health charity, Mind.

This September I will be cycling 350 miles through four countries from London to Amsterdam in memory of Scott.

Suicide is the single biggest killer of men aged under 45 in the UK, something that we can reduce by raising awareness, reducing any stigmas around mental health and having frank and open conversations about our emotions and current situations.

Any contributions to help me reach my fundraising target would be greatly appreciated.
