Story

Hi there! Welcome to my JustGiving page.

I lost myself to depression for 2 years, and I know many friends and families who have lost a lot more. If left untreated and untalked about, it can consume people's lives entirely; in the UK, suicide is the most common cause of death for men aged 20 to 45.

So C.A.L.M (Campaign Against Living Miserably) is fighting a battle that hits very close to home for me. I hate the idea of anyone going through this horrible affliction alone, but C.A.L.M uses their donations to reach out and support those in need.

So I would LOVE it if you could give anything you can to help the cause, because I'll be giving it my all to get around the lake on June the 10th! Training is tough, the wetsuit is awkward, and the water is FREEZING.

But with your support, nothing can stop me! LET'S DOO EET.

Thanks for your time!

Paul
