We fund research into various cancers to extend and save the lives of patients

Story

I'm cycling (fighting) the 140 mile , 12,000 ft Dragon Ride through the Brecon Becons and Black Mountains on June 11th to raise money for the melanoma and renal cancer unit at Mount Vernon.

We are proud of our unit and the cutting edge clinical trials we are able to offer our patients. However our team of research nurses, study co-ordinators and research fellow are supported by the charity and without your help we would not be able to offer everything that we do.

I'm expecting to have been moderately singed by the dragon by the end of the ride (more details available here: http://www.letapeuk.co.uk/wales/) but it is all in a good cause..
