Please sponsor me as i take part in the Prudential RideLondon 100 mile cycle ride folloiwing the Olympic route from London to Surrey and back on 04 August 2013.

I have chosen to raise money for Beating Bowel Cancer a charity which means a great deal to me. I lost my Dad to cancer in 2004 and my Auntie is currently putting up a great fight against the disease.

Bowel cancer remains the UK's secod biggest cancer killer. Every 15 minutes somone in the UK hears the devastating newws that they have bowel cancer, yet 90% of cases could be treated successfully if they are caught early. Beating Bowel Cancer exists tohelp support patients and their families and raise awareness of the symptoms.
