I can't give up the ghost so something has to give, so I am thinking what do I like, what do I love, and my missis, my kids, my family, my friends, Alexa AND Siri all said "CHOCOLATE".

So in March I am biting the bullet instead of biting any kind, form or shape that chocolate be, be it biscuit based, cake based, sweet based, drink based or good old fashioned chocolate bar based. 

And I'd appreciate your help, even if it's pictures of you eating chocolate on my twitter feed you chocolate loving bastards, a pound or two would be better though, or both even. 

The BHF have called it #DECHOX, i am simply calling it #HELLONEARTH

in 1977, my Grandad died of a heart attack aged 60 and I am sure that we either have a family member or know of someone close to us within the circle of our family and friends who has suffered in a similar fashion.
