I will be cycling up to 100 miles a day over four days to raise vital funds for Norwood -  one of the largest charities in the UK supporting vulnerable children and their families, children with special educational needs and people with learning disabilities and autism.

Norwood is a charity close to my heart as they have supported my autistic nephew Adam for many years.

Your generous support is needed to support a workforce of almost 2,500, made up of 950 staff and more than 1,500 volunteers to enable so many people to have a much better life than might otherwise be the case. 

I'll be sure to drop you a line again in late June once I've completed my challenge.
