I am running the marathon in memory of my good friend Lee Clarke 

He spent the last of his days sat in the Amethyst Garden in Grimsby hospital, and to be honest it’s not fit for purpose. 

Every penny we have raised for his fun day and running the marathon goes directly to this cause. My aim is to give patients and their families the space they need to come to terms with their devastating situation. 

We already have raised a bit to make a massive difference but even more would make the transformation even better, there is so much we can do
