My lovely mum, Myrtle is who I will be walking in memory of on 18th May (as well with my grandma & great grandma who all had Alzheimer's) Mum was a secretary, loved to travel, an avid knitter & rode a bike all of her life. She played the organ & piano at church & loved singing & hand bell 🔔ringing . Alzheimer's took so much of her own mum & then her💔 I still miss her & I can't say that I'm not worried about what my family history might mean for me but putting that to one side and doing something positive like this walk is the best thing I can do. Let's find a cure! 🥰
