As many of you know I lost my Dad a few weeks ago, this has been a very tough time and made marathon training a lot more difficult. I have decided to run this marathon in his memory, for St John's hospice. Although he was never admitted to the hospice, they have helped mum out. Being his carer at home, she has struggled to cope in the past few months. St John's have sent sitters day and night, which has meant Mum getting out for a few hours at a time, something she has not been able to do for a while and even getting a restful nights sleep, all free of charge. So as a thank you I would like to raise as much money for the hospice
