Why are we holding this event?

In September 2020, our beloved league member Amy passed away a few days before her 40th birthday, following a long illness with breast cancer. Now we are able to, we want to take the opportunity to celebrate her with the roller derby community she loved and continued to be a part of throughout her treatment.

We will be donating all profits from the event to Dorothy House, a local charity that hugely supported her and has also touched the lives of many of our other league members past and present. You can find out more about their work here: https://www.dorothyhouse.org.uk/.
