Working for Avon and Somerset Police, we often see people struggling terribly with their mental health. A big part of our role is identifying and helping vulnerable people. Whenever we meet someone who is suffering from the effects of depression or anxiety, Mind in Somerset is one of the first support organisations that we refer them to. They do amazing work, and now more than ever people need to both be aware of the impact their mental health can have on their own wellbeing, and know where they can go if they need help. 

To that end, myself and several of my colleagues from the Taunton Neighbourhood Policing Team are running the Taunton 10k Trail Run to help raise funds for this excellent charity. Please consider donating.
