I'm dusting off the lycra and gear up for the long-awaited 2021 Way of the Roses cycle challenge on 23rd-26^th September.

The 170-mile challenge begins in Morecambe, running through to Bridlington raising money for Transaid's programmes in sub-Saharan Africa to improve road safety and access to healthcare for communities across the region.
