Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. 

This year is Pharmacist Support's 175th Anniversary and I intend to be a 175 Hero and raise a minimum of £175 by pledging to swim 1.75 miles (that's 113 lengths) of my local pool.  At the Fellows Dinner in London on May 18th, I stated that as the chair of the panel I ought to set an example by raising money for Pharmacist Support, who had a stand at our dinner.  Pharmacist Support is the professions independent charity, who offer free and independent advice and support to

 pharmacists and their families, former pharmacists, students of pharmacy and pre-registration trainees.

Pharmacist Support is dear to my heart as Birdsgrove House and the benevolent fund featured a lot in what was my local branch.  My personal contribution in those days, to raising money to support pharmacists and their families, former pharmacists, pre-registration trainees and students who are in need, was by doing a sponsored swim.
