Sebastian's Action Trust offer help and support that simply overwhelms me. To support, engage and interact with families who find themselves in such challenging situations must be so difficult every day - but the employees of this charity are simply superstars. 

I know that I cannot do what they do, but I know that if I put my mind to it I can swim 1500m, bike 40k and run 10k one after another and therefore I can think of no better way to support them than to raise money whilst attempting this challenge.

Please fell free to donate as little or as much as you can. All donations no matter how small will benefit the team directly and will keep me going on that 10k final leg!
