I was going to race my family in a relay! But holidays and other commitments got in the way. (that's the excuse given anyway - I reckon they just chickened-out!) 

To be fair to them though, I know they fully support me in this, so the new goal is to break my PB's for both races before I hit 50.

Cancer in some way affects us all, so raising funds for CRUK was one of the motivations for the first ironman distance race I did. I figured this year it's time to get back to basics again, and raise money for a cause I really believe in.
